The 2013 IFEAT conference was held at the world renowned Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, USA. The theme for the conference was “Sustainable Growth” and incorporated lectures and presentations, focusing on various aspects of the sustainability of the flavour and fragrance industries globally.
